Sweet & Sour Cabbage

Ingredients
med head red cabbage (shredded)3T canola oill large onion, chopped1/4c splenda1/4c apple juice1/4c red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar3 cloves garlic, minced salt & pepper to taste
Directions
-stir fry onion & add garlic
-add shredded cabbage & continue frying on med heat until wilted, stirring
-add remaining ingredients & continue cooking, stirring often
-taste, adjust seasonings
-& enjoy
