Sugar-Free Cinnamon Raisin Muffins

Ingredients
4 tbsp light margarine1 cup unsweetened applesauce2 egg whites4 oz fat free yogurt, plain1/4 cup honey1-3/4 cup dry oats (quick 1 minute)1/3 cup millet1/2 cup brown rice flour1 tbsp vanilla extract1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1 tbsp ground cinnamon3/4 cup raisins
Directions
Mix the first five ingredients then add dry ingredients and raisins. Mix well.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until toothpick pulls out clean.

    I changed this recipe a bit, I use ground flax instead of millet ground up some oats for the flour and left out the rasins. My kids loved them. They will be made often,tyvm - 8/18/11
