Yorkshire Pudding (low sodium)

1 cup flour1 cup milk (I use 1%)2 medium eggs
Mix flour, milk, and eggs. Let stand an hour or more in fridge if possible.
Bake in silicon (or normal sprayed with pan) muffin trays at 425 for approx. 25 minutes.
Serve as soon as they are done baking.
Makes 12 individual yorkshires.
