4 medium peeled diced potatoes1 lg chopped onion1 chopped pepper2 chopped carrots2 large chopped plum tomatoes or (I used a can of diced tomatoes--undrained)1-6oz can tomato paste (I used 9 oz.)3/4 c water2 tbsp curry powder2 tsp cumin seeds (I used powder)1/2 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp salt1 med head of cauliflower1 10 oz pkg frozen peas
In crock pot, mix potatoes, onion, pepper, carrots, tomatoes, paste, water and spices. Put cauliflower (cut in pieces) on top and cook on low for 8-9hrs. Gently stir in peas and increase heat for 15 min. Enjoy!
