Ground beef stew

Ingredients
3 tblsp olive oil450 g ground beef2 onions chopped3 garlic cloves1 cup canned peas1 cup chopped carrots6 potatoes chopped1/2 cup tomato pasteWater to cover the mixturesalt, pepper, vegeta (seasoned salt), paprika to taste.
Directions
1. Place oil in a pot. Add the onions and garlic. Cook till softened. Add the ground beef and cook till browned. Add salt, pepper, vegeta (seasoned salt) and paprika to taste.
2. Add the carrots, peas and potatoes and tomato paste. Mix all ingredients together well. Add Water to cover the mixture. Boil until potatoes are cooked.

Makes about 10-12 cups
Serves about 8 people 1&1/2 cups
