Gluten Free All Purpose Flour, 1 cup Bananas, very ripe, 3 medium or more if you likeBrown Rice Flour,1/2 cup Granulated Sugar, 1/2 cup Brown Sugar, 1 cup, unpacked)Butter, salted, 1/4 cup, meltedBaking Soda, 1 tspSalt, .1/2 tspEggs, 2 small
I put the banana's in the blender and then mixed with all the other igredients, which took very little time.
It's a good idea to spray or coat the pan, I used a glass oblong dish.
I suggest you bake for 30 minutes and then check the contents see how they're doing, depending on your conventional oven it may take less than 60 minutes.
