* Olive Oil, 1 tbsp * Chicken Breast, no skin, 7 ounces * Sweet and Sour Sauce, 0.19 cup (8 fl oz) * Asparagus, fresh, 5 spear, small (5" long or less) * Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, shredded * Carrots, raw, 1 medium * Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) * Garlic, 2 cloves * Mushrooms, fresh, 5 small * Onions, raw, 1 small * Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced * Red pepper flakes
1. Put the olive oil into a wok or fry pan and heat
2. Once oil is hot add carrots and cook one minute
3. Add onions, garlic and red pepper flakes, cook until onions are translucent
4. Add the Zucchini, Celery, Chicken and Sweet & Sour sauce and cook for 2 minutes
5. Add remaining ingredients and cook till all is warm.
Serving suggestion: Serve with brown rice
