Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies

2/3 c. butter, softened2/3 c. brown sugar2 large eggs1 1/2 c. old fashioned oats2 c. flour1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. salt1 6 oz. package Craisins dried cranberries2/3 c. white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar together in a medium bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs, mixing well. Combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt in a seperate bowl. Add to butter mixture in several additions, mixing well after each addition. Stir in craisins and white chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack. Makes Approximately 2 dozen cookies.

I love these cookies. Found the recipe on the Craisins bag and made them for DH to take to his Christmas party. They were a big hit! I got a few more than two dozen out of them, but I made them a little on the small side. - 12/15/08

I have edited the recipe to reflect how I actually make these cookies. They are even better with the changes!
