Honey Mustard Glazed Cedar Plank Salmon

Ingredients
4 -4oz Salmon fillets 3 Tbsps French's Honey Mustard, or make your own (1 Tbsp honey, 2 Tbsp regular mustard)2 cloves garlic, put through garlic press1 Tbsp Balsamic VinegarPepper to taste1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oilCedar plank (soak for 20-45 minutes in water and lemon juice)
Directions
Whisk together the honey mustard, vinegar, garlic and pepper. Brush cedar plank with olive oil on both sides. Place Salmon on the the plank and put the sauce over top of the fillets. Grill for 15-20 minutes.

    Somehow I didn't have any garlic but I used garlic powder instead. Other than lighting one of the planks on fire it was a good recipe. I will be making this again with real garlic to use up the salmon that we have in the freezer. - 3/27/12

    Pretty good but the sauce had a little too much kick for my family. Probably would lower the garlic amount if I tried it again. - 8/26/09

    Excellent! I used half dijon mustard and half yellow mustard. I broiled it instead of using the grill. I would make extra sauce for serving . - 6/15/09
