Ingredients
1lb lean turkey ( such as Jennio's)1 samll onion, chopped4tbsp honey bbq sauce
Directions
Place gr turkey, chopped onion. and break up turkey and cook until no longer pink. Add in honey bbq sauce and cook until thick as you like it. Can put on buns. you'll need to add calories for the bun. makes 8 servings.
