Whole Wheat Flax Blueberry Muffin

Ingredients
1 T. Flax mixed with 3 T. water1/2 c. non fat milk1/4 c. applesauce3/4 c. whole wheat flour3/4 c. white flour1/2 c. sugar2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. salt1c. blueberries, fresh or frozen
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix water & flax; stir in applesauce and milk. Mix in remaining ingredients just until flour is moistened. Batter should be lumpy. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan.
