Banana Breakfast Buns

Ingredients
2 Bananas1 Egg2 Tsp Baking Powder1 Cup Flour1 Tbs Cinnamon3 Tsp Ground Ginger
Directions
1) Mash the bananas

2) Beat egg and stir into banana mixture.

) Stir in flour, baking powder, cinnamon and ginger.

4) Beat until smooth consistency.

5) Pour into large muffin papers.

6) Baked for 20 minutes.

7) Sprinkle with cinnamon or ginger if desired.

Makes 6 large muffins. Serve with fresh fruit for breakfast or eat alone as a super snack.
