Chocolate Pudding with Almonds

Ingredients
1/4 cup cocoa powder2 tsp. cornstarch1/4 cup brown sugar1 1/2 cup milk, 2%1 tsp. vanilla1/3 cup sliced almonds
Directions
Makes 2 3/4 cup servings
Mix cocoa powder, cornstarch and brown sugar together in a microwaveable bowl
Add a tablespoon of milk and whisk together so there are no lumps.
Blend in the remaining milk, mixing well.
Place in micro wave and cook on medium high for 3-4 minutes, removing and stirring every minute.
watch for the pudding to thicken as the milk nears a rolling boil.
Remove once this occurs.
