Strawberry Banana Souffle from Shelly

1 cup sliced strawberries1 tblsp SF vanilla syrup2 eggs1/2 banana3 tblsp multigrain pancake mix1 scoop vanilla protein powder1/2 tsp baking powder1 cup vanilla soy milk1/2 cup unsweetened coconut2 tblsp SF caramel syrup1/4 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmegdash of nutmet
Mix strawberries with vanilla syrup. Divide evenly into 4 custard cups.
Mix rest of ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour over strawberries.
Put cups into roasting pan. Pour very hot water to middle of cups.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes until knife comes out clean.
