Ingredients
1 C flint corn meal1.5 T sugar1/4 teas salt1 C boiling water2 T nonfat milk
Directions
Whisk corn meal, sugar and salt.
Whisk in boiling water.
add milk
Cook on med-hot griddle sprayed with Pam, 5-6 min per side.

Serve with butter & syrup

    Had to add less boiling water. I added 3/4 cup of boiling water and a pinch of cinnamon. They were very good and low in carbs and gluten. My grandma used to make these and hers had something else added that I can't figure out. I may experiment with seasoning next time. - 4/3/14
