Ingredients
Ground Turkey, 1 lb raw Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 1/4 cup(optional)Onions, raw, 2 tbsp diced1 Egg white, (optional)Parsley, 1 tbsp Garlic, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsppepper 1/8 tspsalsa(optional)
Directions
In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, seasoned bread crumbs, onion, egg whites, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
Cook the patties in a medium skillet over medium heat, turning once, approx. 15 min

optional ; using George Foreman grill start with cold grill cook 15 minutes
