Mango Salsa

Ingredients
Tomatillos, 2 oz., diced4 plum tomatoes, chopped finelyOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped finelyPepper, chipotle or cayenne, 1 tsp 1 Mango, peeled and cut into small cubesLime Juice, 1 teaspoonCilantro, raw, 2 tbsp, rough chopped
Directions
Combine ingredients into a bowl with a lid. Cover and shake. Serve. Serving size is about 1/2 c. Makes 6 servings.
