Ingredients
4 cans swansons 99% fat free chicken broth2 cups low sodium V85 pre-cooked chicken tenders,sliced1 cup sliced bok choy1 cup sliced carrots1 can water chestnuts,sliced1/2 tsp olive oil1/2 cup sliced onion1 clove minced garlic1/2 tsp sage1/4 tsp cayenne pepper1 small sprig rosemary or 1/2 tsp driedsalt and pepper to tasteParmesean cheeseCrusty bread
Directions
Saute garlic and onion in oil until soft then add veggie and saute a couple mins. Add broth, V8 and spices and simmer over md low heat until carrots are soft, about 30 mins. Serve with a couple sprinkles of parmesean cheese and a chunk of crusty bread.
