Strawberry Sorbet with Peanut Butter

0.5 c Frozen Strawberries0.5 tbsp agave nectar0.25 c Orange JuiceGround Cinnamon1 tbsp. Lite Coconut (Let's Do Organic)-optional0.5 tbsp. Better'n Peanut Butter(Better'n Peanut Butter is an all natural PB substitute with way less fat. I found it at Trader Joe's and it is GOOD. You can use regular PB but the fat content will be higher.
Whiz the first 5 ingredients in a blender. i use my magic Bullet. The coconut is completely optional. You may want to add an extra frozen strawberry or add the OJ a little at a time to get the perfect sorbet consistency.
Then top with a dollop of Peanut Butter.
It's like a PB&J but frozen and dessert-y.
I also like to add a drizzle of organic chocolate sauce and an extra sprinkle of cinnamon.
This serves 1 person.
