Crock Pot Roasted Lemon Chicken

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil2 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp oregano2 lbs chicken breast, without bones & skin1-1/2 cup chicken broth, low sodium3 tbsp lemon juice
Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add garlic and oregano.

Add chicken breasts and brown on all sides.

Place chickin in crock pot and add chicken broth. Cook on low heat setting for 6 to 8 hours.

Add lemon juice during last hour of cooking.

Makes 8 3-1/2 oz servings
