Ingredients
2 Quarts Turkey Broth 99% fat free (4 cans)2 Cups Diced leftover roasted Turkey Breast 1 15 oz Can Black Beans Drain and rinse1 10 oz Can Tomatoes & Green chiles1/4 Cup Roasted & peeled Green Chiles diced.2 cloves garlic or to taste3/4 C. fresh Red Bell Pepper1/4 Cup diced Celery1 C. Frozen Sweet Corn 1 T Cilantro or to taste (optional)1 tsp Chili Powder (optional) or more to taste2 tsp Salt or to taste1 tsp black Pepper or to taste
Directions
Put the broth in a big stock pot. Add all the ingredients and simmer until the veggies are done. I like my vegetables el dente.
The Prep time and cooking time is approx. If you make your own Turkey Broth it is a longer Prep time.
