Quiche For One

Ingredients
1 extra large egg, beaten with milk1/2 cup skim milk1 pat unsalted butter1 slice cooked bacon, chopped1/4 cup onion1 3/4 oz portabella mushrooms, chopped1/4 cup 2% cottage cheese, drainedDash each nutmeg, salt & white pepper
Directions
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Beat egg, milk and butter in small bowl.
Stir in all other ingredients.
Pour into a small baking dish sprayed with Pam(I use a Corningware bowl.)
Bake 30 minutes or until set.
let stand for 5 minutes.
