Win's Wheat and Dairy free pancackes

Ingredients
1.5 cups Arrowhead oat flour, 1.5 cups Arrowhead rice flour, 1.5 cup soy milk, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1 egg, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 cup honey, 2 tbsp molasses, 1/4 cup canola oil.
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together, add wet ingredients, mix well. Spoon onto hot griddle and cook. They brown quickly due to molasses.
