Bacon and Vege Slab

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 4 medium *Canola Oil, 0.25 cup *Flour, white, 0.33 cup Baking Powder, 1 tsp Louis Rich Turkey Bacon, 200 grams Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced Edam Cheese, 100 grams Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cuponion 1
Directions
Put 4 eggs in bowl and whisk

Add oil and whisk again

add sifted flour and baking powder

Add grated vegetables, corn and cheese into the mixture.

Slice cooked bacon and add to the mixture.

mix well

cook at 180C for 20-30min until golden brown and springs back.
