Ingredients
5 ripe tomtatoes, chopped4 cucmbers, chopped1 red onion, chopped2 tablespoons reshly queezed lemon juice1 tablespoon raw tahiniSaltBlack pepperCumin
Directions
Combine the tomatoes, cucmbers and red onion in a large bowl. Add the lemon juice and tahini and mix well. Season with salt, pepper and cumin to tast.
