Ingredients
olive oilwhole wheat flourpork sausagecheddar cheesemozzarella cheesegreen peppersred peppersonionmushroomssugardei fratelli pizza sauce
Directions
mix together half of flour, sugar, and yeast in large bowl. Heat olive oil and water to 120 degrees. Then add to flour mixture and beat with electric mixer for three minutes. Then add rest of flour by hand. Knead until smooth.Then coat with spray oil and let rise in a warm place for 45-60 minutes until about double in size, Place half of dough onto 12-14 inch pizza pan or stone. Prick with fork, bake at 450 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. Take out of oven top with pizza sauce,cheese and vegetables. Cook until crust is crisp and cheese is lightly browned, about 15 minutes. Cut into 8 slices.
