PUT CHICKEN AND SALT AND PEPPER AND ONION AND GARLIC POWDER TO TASTE IN CROCKPOT. POUR SOUP AND 1 CUP OF WATER OVER CHICKEN. COOK ON LOW ABOUT 4 HOURS. ADD STUFFING MIX TO A BOWL AND DIP SOUP MIXTURE FROM CROCK POT AND ADD TO STUFFING MIX UNTIL JUST MOISTENED. ADD BACK TO CROCK POT ON TOP OF CHICKEN AND COOK ABOUT ANOTHER 30 MINUTES OR SO UNTIL STUFFING IS DONE. MAKES 4 SERVINGS.

IGNORE THE GRAMS MEASURE ON STUFFING MIX. THE CALORIES ARE CORRECT. IT IS FOR A BOX THAT MAKES 6, 1/2 CUP SERVINGS. A 6 OUNCE BOX. BUT YOU WILL HAVE 4, 3/4 CUP SERVINGS AND 1 BREAST EACH.
