Easy Crockpot Pork Chops w/gravy

Ingredients
2 lbs of boneless pork chops, trimmed2 cans Healthy Recipe Cream of Mushroom Soup1 Packet of Lipton Onion Soup Mix2 Cups of Brown Rice, cooked according to package directions at serving time.
Directions
Mix soup mixes together, spread a thin layer on bottom of the crock pot, then layer in pork chops and top with remaining soup mix. Cover and cook for about 8 hrs on low.
Serve over prepared rice.
