Ingredients
1, 6 oz can, skinless boneless pink salmon in water1 Tbs Light cream cheese, softened1 Tbs best foods mayonnaise with olive oilspices to taste
Directions
1. Drain salmon
2. Mix with cream cheese and mayo
3. Stir spices in if desired

serve with crackers for a party or on a sandwich for a meal!

    I was confused which "spices" to "use if desired", so we chose OLD BAY SEASONING (for seafood, poultry, salads, & meats) "Same great taste for over 60 years!" 1/4 tsp = cal 0 fat 0 sodium 160mg carb o protein 0 we used 1 tablespoon for - spicy, nutritious & delicious. - 4/20/10
