Pineapple Cream Pie

Ingredients
1 Premade Keebler Ready Crust Graham4 oz of cream cheese (fat free or light)1 Cup of powdered sugar1 8 oz cool whip (free)8-16 oz of crushed pineapple, drained2 oz of chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)1 tsp of vanilla
Directions
Combine cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar in blender until smooth. Add in Pineapple. Mix well. Lightly blend in Cool Whip.

Layer into the premade pie shell. Add chopped nuts as topping. Chill pie for at least one hour to allow for flavor mixture and reset of ingredients. Serve cold.

Makes 6 large slices.
