8oz Cooked Angel Hair Pasta1 egg3/4 c. Ricotta3 cloves chopped garlic1 cup Newman's Own Tomato Basil Sauce1 Med. Tomato sliced1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms2oz. Fresh Asiago Cheese (shredded)8oz. Sliced Part Skim Mozzerella1 cup Whole Milk RIcottaAprox. 15 leaves of Fresh Basil (chopped)
Mix egg, asiago, and angel hair pasta, press in the bottom of a 9x9 glass pan. Layer 1/2c tomato sauce, fresh tomato, mushrooms, 1/2 of chopped basil, and 1/2 of the chopped garlic. press in the ricotta, layer with sliced mozzerella and add remaining garlic and basil. Spread remaining tomato sauce on top. Bake at 425 for 30-45 min or until top is bubbly and cheese is melted.
