Ingredients
Halibut or other firm white fishfresh pineapple slicesOil spraySteak seasoning mixSalt & Pepper (optional)
Directions
Makes 8 servings of 1/2 fillet and two grilled slices of pineapple. Can be served with rice but that is not included in the calorie calculations.

Heat up non-stick frying/grilling pan on stove over medium heat. Press 1/4 tsp steak seasoning onto one side of each fillet.

Spray pan with Oil spray when it is heated and place fish seasoning-side down. Leave in place (don't move it around in the pan) for two minutes. Pepper and lightly salt up side of fish if desired.

Quickly spray fish and pan with Oil spray, then turn fish and place pineapple slices around the fillets. Turn pineapple after two minutes; cook fish through until opaque.
