Hearts of Palm Salad

Ingredients
1 can (16oz) hearts of palm drained1 tomato1 shallot6 button mushrooms1 small bunch of parsely2 tablespoons red wine vinegar1 tablespoon olive oilsalt and peper to taste (optional)
Directions
Slice hearts of palm in half lengthwise, arrange on serving platter. Combine the remaining ingredients except salt and pepper. Spoon over hearts of palm.
