1/4 cup blueberries1/2 cup strawberries1/4 raspberries1/2 cup Lowfat Vanilla Soy Milk3 tbsp EAS Advant Edge Protein Powder or your choice of protein powder
Directions
Place all ingrediants in a blender with 3 ice cubes, blend till smooth. Put in your favorite glass and enjoy!!
