Black Bean Meatloaf

2 lbs Ground Beef, lean3 eggs1 cup seasoned bread crumbs1/2 cup Dry Oatmeal8 oz Tomato sauce1 Can Black Beans, with juice1/2 cup chopped onionItalian Seasoning Blend, 2 TSBWorcestershire Sauce, to tasteSalt & Pepper, to tasteDash of Cayenne Pepper, if desiredKetchup
Empty black beans (with the juice) into food processor and puree. Add this to ground beef and all other ingredients. Mix well in large bowl ( your clean hands work best here! ).
Form into 2 loaves and bake for about 45 minutes or until done. Add ketchup to top (if desired) for the last few minutes of cooking.
Each loaf serves 5.
