Ingredients
1.5 lbs lean ground beef1 small can tomato sauce1 small can evaporated milk2 eggs1 cup appx crushed saltine crackers1/2 to 3/4 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper or to taste4 tablespoons ketchup
Directions
Bake at 350 for one hour or until juices are clear and top is nicely browned.
