1 bulb Fennel926 g Zucchini1 tbsp balsamic vinegar1 tsp oreganoNext time use 2 bulbs fennel or half as much zucchini.
Directions
Saute zucchini and fennel until crisp tender, approximately 10 minutes. Add balsamic vinegar and oregano and stir to mix. Cook a few minutes more.
