chicken risotta

Ingredients
3/4 lb chicken, shredded1.66 c water1 T olive oil1 package rice a roni chicken and wild rice 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup1.5 fresh mushroom1 c celery.5 c red bell pepper
Directions
prepare rice according to pkg directions
combine olive oil, mushroom soup and water
bring to a boil
reduce heat, add chicken and simmer 20 minutes. add vegetables and simmer for 10 more minutes
pour sauce over rice, and serve
