Pan Fried Yellow Squash

Ingredients
6 large yellow summer squash, sliced1 medium onion, large dice3 cloves garlic, minced1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Melt bacon grease in a large skillet. Add layers of squash, onions, garlic & salt & pepper-about 3 layers, depending on size of pan. Cover & cook on medium heat untilnsquash is tender about 20 minutes. Serve
Makes 6 servings as a side dish.
