Paremesan Egg

Ingredients
1 large egg1 TBSP butter, softened2TBSP shredded parmesan cheese, divided1 TBSP heavy cream
Directions
LIne an oven proof custard cup with the softened butter. Add 1 TBSP of the parmesan cheese. Crack the egg and drop it on top fo the cheese. Pour the heavy cream over the egg and top with the remaining tbsp of cheese. bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
