3 fruit breakfast muffins

Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened applesauce3 large bananas, mashed or pureed2 cups whole wheat flour1 tsp baking powder1/2 cup splenda granular3/4 cup brown sugar splenda1 tsp vanilla extract1 large egg1 cup fresh blueberries1 cup fresh sliced & diced strawberries
Directions
In large bowl wisk together:
applesauce, mashed bananas, vanilla, egg & Splenda Brown Sugar & Splenda granular.
Add:
flour, baking powder. stir till just moistened.
fold in blueberries & strawberries until well distributed.
Scoop 1/4 cup into each paper-lined muffin tins.
Bake in 375 degree preheated oven for 25 mins.
