Ingredients
1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour1 tablespoon milled flax seed1 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon----------------------------------------------4 egg whites1/2 cup fat free lactaid milk.5 teaspoon vanilla1/4 cup lite applesauce
Directions
mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
preheat waffle iron and spray with olive oil spray
in separate bowl beat egg whites, milk, apple sauce and vanilla and add to dry ingredients , stir until just blended,
pour into hot waffle iron and cook 5-6 minutes
