Chicken with Rice-A-Roni

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts4 Tablespoons margarine (or less)1 Box (6.8 oz) Chicken Rice-A-Roni2 Cups hot water1 14.5 oz canned stewed tomatoes
Brown chicken in 2 Tablespoons margarine in large skillet. Remove from pan. Brown Rice-A-Roni in remaining margarine in the same skillet. Add chicken, water, dry seasoning packet and stewed tomatoes to skillet. Remove ingredients and transfer to a Pam sprayed casserole dish. Bake approx. 30 minutes at 350' or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
