Very good. My Grill is down, so I followed the instructions and put in the over at 425 for about 35 minutes. Seasoning salt works well too if you don't want salt & pepper. - 9/17/10

This is so yummy! We just tied the husks back up with cotton twine and grilled off direct heat for about 20 minutes. We've also tried this with no-salt veggie seasoning and its awesome. - 8/19/09

I make a variation of this but I don't waste any time shucking or peeling back husk to remove silk and I don't cook in foil as it is bad for your body! If you wait to remove the silk it is easier. So check mine out here if interested. http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-deta

we usually grill the corn in husks without butter or anything on them. still very good. if you have left overs try reheating in foil on the grill for a few its good the second time around too. - 10/16/09
