Stela's Tilapia

Ingredients
4 (4 once) Tilapia Fillets6 - 8 ounces of Shrimp1/5 cup Onions1/5 cup diced tomatoes 3 cloves of garlicSalt1 tbsp Olive Oil2 packets of Sazon Goya con Azafran
Directions
Season fillets with salt and Sazon. Heat large nonstick skillet with olive oil. Add onions and garlic and cook until softened. Add tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes. Add a little water if necessary.

Add Tilapia Fillet and cook on one side for about 10 minutes. Flip over the other side, add the shrimp, and cood for another 10 minutes.

Serve immediately. I like to eat it with either couscous or wild rice.
