Baked Parmesan Crusted Chicken

4 chicken breasts, thawed2 large eggs, beated3/4 c. whole wheat flour3/4 c. parmesan cheese1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp. black pepper1 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lighty coat bottom of a baking dish large enough for chicken breasts with the olive oil. You may not need all 2 tablespoons.
Be sure that chicken breasts are thoroughly thawed and remove any unwanted fat.
Beat 2 large eggs in a container large enough to dip chicken breasts in.
In a separate, shallow dish, combine parmesan cheese, whole wheat flour and spices. Mix well.
Dip chicken in egg. Let excess egg drip off then dust chicken in dish containing the flour mixture. Set chicken in baking dish,
Repeat this process for the rest of your chicken. Then bake at 350 - 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
