Cherry Crunch

Ingredients
1 egg, slightly beaten1 1/4 c sugar1 T butter, melted1 1/4 c flour1 t baking soda1 t cinnamon1/4 t salt2 c sour cherries, pitted1/2 c walnuts, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease an 8" x 8" pan. Cream the egg, sugar, and butter. Sift together the flour, soda, cinnamon and salt; add to creamed mixture. Stir in cherries and nuts. Bake 45 minutes.
