Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2.5 cup Garlic, 1 clove finely choppedOnions, 1 red, finely chopped Cucumber 1 cup, finely dicedGreen chilli, 1 pepper deseeded and finely choppedRed wine vinegar, 1 - 2 tbsp 6 tbsp chopped parsley6 tbsp chopped mint6 tbsp chopped coriander
Directions
Toss the drained, rinsed chickpeas with the other ingredients, season to taste and serve.
