Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat macaroni12 ounces silken tofu1 1/2 cups extra-sharp cheddar cheese2 Cups milk2 tsp paprikasaltfresh ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Use blender or food processor to smash tofu until smooth. Mix tofu and remaining ingredients in casserole dish. Cover and bake for 20 minutes. Stir, remove cover, and cook approximately 40 more minutes.
