3tbsp Oregano2 tbsp Bsil1 tsp Janes Crazy mixed-up salt3 cloves garlic 1.5 cups chopped poratbella mushrooms1 chopped vidalia onion1 tbsp olive oil9 oz extra lean ground turkey9 oz ground pork1.2 cup ricotta cheese1.25 cup marinara sauce (lower sodium)4 oz 2% milk ricotta cheese4 servings whole wheat fussili
Saute the mushrooms, onions and meats in olive oil add the garlic and saute for an additional 1 min. Drain excess oil and mix with sauce and ricotta cheese. Line the bottom of a Corning ware dish with this mixture. Add spices and mix. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add 4 servings of whole wheat pasta. Cook for 2-3 min less than the recommended cook time. Drain water and add to the Corningware dish mixing well. sprinkle grated mozzarella over the top cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30-45 min.
